Admission procedure
Applicants must follow a 3-step procedure in order to complete the Application Process:
1. An Online Application Form must be submitted to the ICD (follow the link on the right-hand side). After applying online, the applicant will receive a confirmation email indicating the application reference code and outlining the next steps of the application (please do not send the supporting documents and/or pay the application fee until you have received this e-mail). All Supporting Documentation must be received by the ICD (see list of required documentation. The Application Fee of 70 Euro must be paid and received by the ICD. 2. Applicants who have successfully completed the first stage of the Application Process and are being considered for admission to the program will be invited for an interview with a member of the ICD Faculty, which will be conducted by telephone or via Skype. Candidates will be individually informed about the date and time of the interview, which will be held within one week of successful submission of the application. 3. Following the interview, applicants will be notified of the Admission Committee's decision within a period of one week. Supporting Documentation Below you will find the list of official documents required to be submitted in order to complete the Admissions Process:
*Current undergraduate students who are due to graduate in the summer of 2013 are able to submit an Application and participate in the pre-enrollment process by submitting a confirmation of their current studies and transcripts.
*The information on your passport and national ID card must be clearly legible.
Please note: For the official enrollment process, all copies must be certified (notarized) and sent as hard copies via post. If the original document is written in any language other than English, German, or French, a certified translation in English, together with a copy of the original, is required. For the first application stage, regular copies sent via e-mail are sufficient. |
